Why do I need a Home Inventory?

In the event of a natural disaster, fire, theft, or other unforeseeable circumstances do you think you could give your insurance company a complete and accurate list of everything you own?

Amanda Walker of Consumer Reports states that "We found for large claims - when the damage was $25,000 or more - 19 percent of the people we polled did not agree with the amount their insurers wanted to pay." Telling your insurance company that you had a 40" flat screen TV won't necessarily get you the value of the TV, if you know the model number and can prove that you actually owned it however, you're much more likely to get a fair replacement fee. The same applies to appliances, electronics, and exc.

What if I need to access my inventory?

If the worst happens, and you need to access your inventory to file an insurance claim, we guarantee that we can get it to you in 3 business days. As we only service the Jefferson County area, chances are your Home Inventory Specialist will choose to deliver your inventory to you or your insurance agent instead of trying to mail it.
